Every time you stand in front of the supermarket shelf and ask yourself: Which honey should I take with me this time? Isn't honey just honey? No, it's not quite that simple! The varieties differ in origin and extraction methods as well as in taste and colour.

Koro canola honey is extracted from the flower nectar of the rapeseed plant and is therefore, just like acacia honey and lavender honey, a type of flower honey. It is characterised by a light colour and a pleasantly mild-sweet taste - excellent for sweetening cakes, tea and other treats! There is also honeydew honey, which, in contrast to flower honey, is dark and spicy-tart. This includes, for example, forest honey.nd its beautiful darker shade.
