Koro canola honey is extracted from the flower nectar of the rapeseed plant and is therefore, just like acacia honey and lavender honey, a type of flower honey. It is characterised by a light colour and a pleasantly mild-sweet taste - excellent for sweetening cakes, tea and other treats! There is also honeydew honey, which, in contrast to flower honey, is dark and spicy-tart. This includes, for example, forest honey.nd its beautiful darker shade.
