Sometimes, we use our Portuguese Postal Service also.
Don't forget, to transport RUGS, FURNITURE and HEAVY GOODS we use a special carrier with door to door service.
After your order has been dispatched, you receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us.
Later you receive an extra tracking information email directly from MUNDANO and/or our selected carrier.
Your final order confirmation will always be necessary at the checkout. We don´t process any orders without this confirmation!
DELIVERY TIMEOur carrier delivery time is from 24/48h in Portugal + Spain, and 2 up to 10 days depending upon your country located in EUROPE. Unfortunately, there may be delays in some European destinations due to the extraordinary situation that the world is going through.
OTHER COUNTRIES and INTERNATIONAL shipments may take around 2 or 6 weeks, depending on your destination and local customs office situations during the Corona crisis.
RETURNS & REFUNDS (if applicable)
We have a 14 days return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or Exchange the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not forget you need to pay fully for the return postage because incorrect postage payments will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the return is checked and approved, a credit for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 14 working days. Our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our first shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, underwear, pleasure objects, perfumes, candles, health and personal care products, downloadable software products, gift cards, books or magazines cannot be returned, or other products missing in this list. We also do not accept returned products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt copy or a proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item direct to us.
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the framacph.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. MUNDANO cannot warrant that the content of mundano.pt is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. MUNDANO may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though MUNDANO strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order.
