Playing card deck of 52 poker cards and two jokers featuring artwork from the Earth and Fire editions of the Wild Alchemy Journal. The queen, king and ace of each suit is a portal to films, meditations and soundscapes that can be accessed by scanning the card with the free augmented-reality mobile app Artivive.

Bounded in 2020 by Jemma Foster, Wild Alchemy Lab is a creative studio at the intersection of art, technology and consciousness research. .

This creative consultancy draws on a global collective of leading artists, academic researchers and practitioners to build experiences and artworks. Through collaborations, commissions and residencies, we research and produce print and digital experiences including immersive installations, films, artwork and literature that navigate the intimate entanglements between human and more-than-human worlds.

Wild Alchemy Journal is our publication, an augmented-reality print journal exploring ecology and esoterica. Each journal documents an element of earth, air, fire, water and aether with a curated selection of text, sound, image and film.
