ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Elisa Seitzinger lives in Turin, where she works as an illustrator, visual artist and teacher of morphology and image dynamics at the European Institute of Design.
She studied drawing and art history in Florence, Atlanta, Nice and London.
Her path, inspired by the stylistic codes of classical art, sacred and courteous medieval art, primitive painting, Russian icons and Byzantine mosaics, always starts from the ink drawing, pursuing a two-dimensionality and a stillness with a strong symbolic charge .
