The MCCH pan originates from the provinces of Pichincha, Cotopaxi and Imbabura, in Ecuador.
It is a 100% organic and artisanal process where the producing families cut and grind the sugarcane in mills, extract the juice that goes to cooking using the same bagasse as a heat source, the water evaporates and produces honey that, through an Manual stirring forms the pan crystals. It is a variety of pure sugar, extracted directly from natural sugarcane juice,
unrefined and unbleached.
- Contains vitamins: A, B, C, D and E.
- Contains minerals: calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, zinc and manganese.
- Contains carbohydrates: sucrose, glucose and fructose.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar cane juice (100% natural).
