White Almond Butter
WHITE VS BORWN ALMOND BUTTER
White or brown almond butter?
There are two versions of our almond butter - white and brown. The big question: what is the difference? It is really pretty simple. For the brown version of almond butter, unpeeled almonds are roasted and processed into a creamy paste. This gives brown almond butter a strong, nutty almond flavour. For the white almond butter, Koro uses peeled, blanched almonds. This provides a slightly sweeter flavour.
