SUGGESTED USE: Oil should be pulled immediately after getting up on an empty stomach. 1 tsp of oil is moved back and forth in the mouth for the selected duration (2-20 minutes).
Then you spit it out, rinse your mouth with lukewarm water and clean your teeth as usual. The meaning behind it: The tooth oil binds bacteria in the oral cavity and has a detoxifying effect on the entire body.
