Ingredients:
Smoothie Bowl
- 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk of choice (coconut, almond)
- Pinch of unrefined sea salt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Granola
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is a little thick, add more plant-based milk to the blender to achieve your desired consistency.
- Pour into a bowl, top with Granola, a dollop of coconut yogurt, mixed berries, and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
