What is Jackfruit?

Jackfruit is the world's largest and heaviest tree borne fruit. Once you get through its spiky shell, young jackfruit has a meat-like texture that resembles shredded chicken, beef or pork when cooked.

It can take on whatever flavour it is paired with, making it an unbelievably convincing alternative to meat. Being naturally low in sugars and a source of dietary fibre, jackfruit is truly a wholesome choice.
